aulm Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: May 30, 2026

aulm is not the official WhatsApp Business Platform (WABA) and is not affiliated with Meta or WhatsApp. Use the Service only for legitimate, opt-in communication. Spam, bulk marketing, or unusual sending behaviour may result in your WhatsApp number being restricted — we do not guarantee delivery, ban-immunity, or Meta approval.

By using aulm you agree not to use the Service to:

  1. Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or messages to people who have not consented to hear from you.
  2. Send unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, threatening, hateful, or obscene content.
  3. Impersonate any person or organization, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
  4. Distribute malware, phishing links, or content that harms recipients or their devices.
  5. Violate the privacy of others or send messages in breach of applicable data-protection or anti-spam laws.
  6. Send to recipients in jurisdictions where your messaging would be unlawful.
  7. Attempt to bypass rate limits, quotas, or security controls, or to disrupt the Service.
  8. Resell or sublicense the Service except as expressly permitted.
  9. Use the Service for any activity that risks the safety or reputation of the Service or other users.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy, without refund where a refund would otherwise apply. We may report unlawful activity to authorities.
