2. What we collect

Account data: name, email, password (hashed), and billing details processed by our payment processor.
Usage data: API keys, connected session metadata, message logs (recipient number, timestamp, status, and a short payload preview), and webhook delivery records.
Technical data: IP address, browser/device info, and approximate country (used for regional routing and security).
Support data: tickets, messages, and CSAT feedback you submit.

3. Message content

To deliver and log your sends, we process the messages you transmit through the Service, including recipient numbers and a short content preview retained for troubleshooting and abuse prevention. We do not sell message content. You are the controller of the personal data of your recipients; we process it on your behalf to provide the Service.

4. How we use data

To provide and operate the Service, process payments, prevent abuse and fraud, provide support, comply with law, and improve the Service.

5. Payment data

Card details are handled directly by our payment processors. We do not store full card numbers.

6. Sharing

We share data only with: service providers who help us operate (hosting, payments, email delivery), when required by law, or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell your personal data.

7. Retention

We keep data as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, accounting, and abuse-prevention purposes, then delete or anonymize it.

8. Security

We use technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, row-level security) to protect data. No method is perfectly secure.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact support@aulm.io to exercise them.

10. International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than yours, with appropriate safeguards where required.

The Service is not for anyone under 18.
