aulm Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance. You may cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals.

2. Refund window

We offer a refund of your most recent payment if you request it within 14 days of that charge AND you have not used the Service beyond a reasonable trial of its core functionality during that period. Contact support@aulm.io to request.

3. Non-refundable

Beyond the refund window, charges are non-refundable. Partial periods after a mid-cycle cancellation are not refunded except where required by law.

4. WhatsApp bans are not grounds for refund

Because the restriction or banning of a WhatsApp number is outside our control and is disclosed as a known risk of the Service, a ban or restriction of your connected number is not by itself a basis for a refund.

5. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your country.

6. How to request

Email support@aulm.io from your account email with your account details and reason. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
