aulm Terms of Service
Last updated: May 30, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of aulm (the "Service"), operated by Aulm Corporation ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
aulm provides software that connects to WhatsApp through an unofficial, session-based method to let you send and automate messages programmatically.
aulm is not the official WhatsApp Business Platform (WABA) and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by Meta or WhatsApp. We make no warranty that messages will be delivered, that your number will not be restricted by WhatsApp, or that the Service will remain available without interruption. For official business use cases requiring template approvals, business verification, or message delivery guarantees, you should use Meta's WhatsApp Business API directly or through an authorized Business Solution Provider.
3. Nature of the Service; WhatsApp account risk
aulm connects to WhatsApp through an unofficial session-based method and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operating as an official WhatsApp Business Solution Provider. WhatsApp's and Meta's terms may prohibit automated or unofficial access. You acknowledge and accept that any WhatsApp number you connect may be rate-limited, restricted, suspended, or permanently banned by WhatsApp or Meta at their discretion, that such action may occur without warning, and that it is outside our control. You use the Service at your own risk in this respect.
4. Eligibility & account
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Keep your API keys secret; you are responsible for sends made with them.
5. Acceptable use
Your use is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, incorporated by reference. You agree not to use the Service for spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, unlawful content, or any purpose prohibited by that policy or by law.
6. Your responsibilities
You are solely responsible for: (a) compliance with all applicable laws and with WhatsApp's and Meta's terms; (b) obtaining any consent legally required to message your recipients; and (c) the content of messages you send.
7. Fees & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor (Stripe) on a recurring basis until cancelled. Fees are stated at signup. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the plan you select. Taxes may apply. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current period except as stated in the Refund Policy.
9. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Because the Service depends on WhatsApp's unofficial behavior and third-party infrastructure, interruptions may occur.
10. No guarantee; limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantee that any connected number will remain operational, and we are not liable for any restriction, suspension, or ban of any number, nor for any loss, damage, lost profits, or business interruption arising from such action or from use of the Service, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
11. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, for unlawful activity, or to protect the Service or other users.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia, and disputes are subject to its courts.
